Health and Safety

Health Canada developed Safety Code 6, the guidelines for safe exposure limits to radio frequencies at home or at work. Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISEDC) monitors compliance with Safety Code 6.

Canada’s exposure limits are among the strictest in the world. Antennas used for wireless telecommunications use low power. Each company is obligated to comply at all times with Safety Code 6.
